Once you’re onboard with us, you can pile up as many potential design and marketing requests as you fancy in the future tasks/log column. 

Each day you get to assign a new task or drag a previously created task to today’s “Active Task” column. 

Simply let us know which request you want us to work on each day and I’ll get cracking on them, knocking them out one at a time!

Well, most of our projects are finished pretty quickly, usually in under two days. But if your request is a bit more intricate and/or requires more back and forth then we might need more time to complete the task. When that happens we will usually submit the latest progress every 2 days. 

For really big projects (a large redesign of a popular website) it may even take months working on the various parts of the project, depending on your needs, so we’ll work with you to break it down to daily tasks and work to complete it as fast as possible.

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 30 day periods. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

We’ve made requesting new work super easy and flexible with Trello, the world’s simplest project management system. 

You can get creative with how you do it. Maybe you prefer directly requesting through Trello, or perhaps sharing Google docs links in the Trello card, or by attaching images to the Trello card. Heck, you can even record a brief Loom video if writing isn’t your thing. Bottom line, if you can link or share it in Trello, we’re all for it! 

It just takes a few minutes to learn and we’ll be there to help you get going with it.
